Transparency King offers factory-direct clear TPU phone case supply for wholesalers, retailers and distributors. Noda handles model selection, order requirements and delivery coordination. Production is scheduled by device model, camera cutout, quantity and packaging.
Injection moulding equipment and production scale
Factory-direct clear phone cases are produced by plastic injection moulding, with 14 machines in the configurations below. The clear cases across device models and both camera-cutout styles use Wanhua WHT-3395U4 TPU.

Estimated output from the current machine configuration
The factory reports approximately 3,600–4,000 cases per machine per day, with two rest days per machine each month. Using all 14 machines for 28 production days in a 30-day month gives an estimated 1.41–1.57 million cases.
This estimate assumes all machines are assigned to clear cases. Order scheduling takes account of device models, mould changes, machine allocation and saleable output.

There is stock of standard models. Send complete device names, camera-cutout styles and quantities so the team can check stock, plan production and confirm delivery dates.

The 2,000-piece condition refers to the combined quantities across models in one order, for example 800 + 700 + 500 pieces. Ask separately about standard minimum quantities and arrangements for smaller orders.
Production and transit times are confirmed separately. For custom projects, the quotation sets out the schedule start, sample approval, revisions and packaging arrangements.

Provide the device model, reference images, structural requirements and any logo, artwork or packaging design. We will review existing moulds and suitable processes, then confirm the tooling scope, samples, costs and production schedule.

Transparency packaging and reference cartons
Current phone cases include outer retail packaging and a branded card insert. The following two carton configurations provide reference figures for initial order planning.

Check the applicable models and packaging combination for the order. Final shipping figures use measured sealed-carton dimensions, gross weight and actual carton counts; record partial cartons separately.
Initial carton estimate for 3,000 pieces
At 300 pieces per carton, the order uses 10 cartons. Using only large cartons gives a nominal 0.9975 m³ and reference gross weight of 120 kg; using only small cartons gives 0.895125 m³ and 105 kg. Calculate mixed-carton orders by carton type.
Workshop management and retained samples
The production workshop uses 5S management: sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain. Production samples are taken and retained on the production day, with a seven-day management cycle. Discuss the corresponding case samples and appearance requirements when agreeing order acceptance.
